Welcome to Harley Grove Virtual Communications!!

 

Please follow the steps below to successfully register.

 

Step 1. Create a profile: The Profile is where you enter your basic information.

  •          When entering email, username, and password, please keep username and password  for future

                 references as this will be what you will  use to log in.

               

   During this part of the process, you will be asked if you were referred to Arise by someone. Please fill in CSP ID: 861795 and the name                               Harley, Stephanie will populate. Also, if you are Military, under “How did you hear about Arise” be sure to choose Military.

*Please note: You MUST use the name that is associated with your Driver’s License and Social Security. If you have recently been married or had a name change, you must make sure that your documents have been updated to match your last name before registering.

Step 2. Sign the Non-Disclosure Agreement.

  •             When you click “View” a box will pop up (Make sure you can accept pop-ups from the site) with

                  the agreement and you must scroll all the way to the bottom and then click “sign” and then “Confirm”.

 

  •           Once signed the box will close and you will see a green check mark to show it is completed.

Step 3. Select Independent Contractor Type.

             (This step is critically important. If not completed correctly, you can easily join the incorrect team, or not be able to move forward and potentially need                          assistance from support.)

  •  When asked "Which Independent Contractor type would you like to register as?" 

  •  You MUST select "Agent of Existing Call Center"

  •  Under Submit Call Center Information - scroll down until you see Company ID and enter 91116 and then click the search icon. This should connect you with Harley Grove Virtual communications. 

  • You will then be sent back to the previous screen.

  • At that time please email Harley Grove Virtual Communications, LLC  (harleygrovellc@gmail.com) subject line "join request" to accept your request to join our team. 

  • Once you receive email confirmation of acceptance please log back into the Arise portal 

  • Here, you will now be able to view and sign each agreement. Remember, you get a pop up with the agreement in it and you must scroll to the bottom of each one in order to sign and confirm. Once both are signed, please click next and then logout.

  • Once you have signed both documents please send an email to harleygrovellc@gmail.com so we can finalize your registration to join Harley Grove Virtual Communications, LLC.

Step 4. Select a Servicing Opportunity.

​

  • Once you have been notified of  registration completion please return to the Arise portal.

  • Once you have signed in you will be ready to select a client opportunity.  

  • Click Start now.

  • By clicking the green “info” button on each opportunity you are able to review the requirements and scope of work along with hours available or required and so much more.

  • Once you have found an opportunity that interests you please email me with the opportunity name and I will be happy to supply the rates of pay for those opportunities!
