FAQ's

Is this a real work from home job?

Yes. Harley Grove Virtual Communications LLC is currently partnered with the Arise Virtual Solutions work from home platform.

Why should I become an agent?

By joining the Harley Grove Virtual Communications, LLC, you will enjoy the freedom and flexibility that many don't have access to. You are able to set your own schedule, work from the comfort of your own home office and get the work, life balance everyone craves.

Do I have to pay any fees?

As an Independent Contractor, you are also responsible for any operating fees such as landline phone, internet service, and equipment required to service. There is an Arise Platform fee of $19.75 per revenue cycle and then 10% after the platform fee up to $50 per cycle for administrative fees and contracting, totaling no more than $69.75 per invoice period. If you make less than $100 the 10% will not be taken however, the platform fee will still apply.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Yes, a contract must be signed. This protects you as a CSP (customer service professional) and Harley Grove Virtual Communications, LLC. As a CSP you will receive a copy of all documents that require signing.

Are there any benefits offered?

Unfortunately, there are no benefits such as medical, dental, vacation, etc. You will be an independent contractor, not an employee. Therefore, any coverage needed will be the responsibility of the individual.

Are there costs to get started?

Each agent must pay their own client certification fees. This goes directly to Arise. These fees ($9.99 - $249.99) vary based on the opportunity you have selected and qualified for.

How am I paid?

Harley Grove Virtual Communications will pay you for your contracted hours on the 15th and last day of the month by direct deposit. As an independent contractor, you will receive an invoice for each revenue cycle in which you service a client.

Are taxes deducted from my invoices?

Harley Grove Virtual Communications will not deduct taxes from your semi-monthly invoices. Because you are an independent contractor, you will receive a 1099- Misc. form in place of a standard W-2 for tax purposes every year.

When will I start getting paid?

The registration/admissions process takes as little as 1 day. Once you complete the process, you may view the opportunities and choose a client certification course. Once you have certified you can start working immediately. The actual length of time varies depending on client selection.  It may be 30 – 60 days before receiving your first invoice.

How much is the pay?

The pay rate is based on the client you choose, $9-14 an hour plus incentives on some clients.  You choose how much you work, full time or part-time. You manage your hours yourself!
